tl;dr

ahomeboyslife:

this is me speaking. not fob. not invisible children. i believe that the civil war in uganda has not gotten the attention from u.s. foreign policy or gov because it is not beneficial to the united states. the stability in the region is not a high issue for our government. however, there are many people that do profit from the instability in uganda and more specifically their mineral rich neighbor of the congo. we spend our time in the desert with oil- defending democracy. however, we do live in a representative democracy. we each have a voice and our government ultimately serves us. this war can end. we can end it and we should. not for the glory. not for the flag. but for the humanity that everyone on this planet deserves. check out invisiblechildren.com for more information on how you can be involved.
